Jake Herbert is a retired American freestyle wrestler who was born on March 6, 1986. He is known for his success in college wrestling at Northwestern University, where he was a two-time NCAA champion and a four-time NCAA All-American. He also won a silver medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
Herbert has also had success on the international stage, winning a gold medal at the 2009 World Championships and a silver medal at the 2009 Pan American Games. He is considered one of the best American wrestlers of his generation and has been inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame.
After retiring from competitive wrestling, Herbert has worked as a coach and motivational speaker, inspiring others to achieve their goals through hard work and dedication.
